You should receive an email from Leonard's with your access code to book your appointment. Make sure to check your spam folder. If you have not received this email, you can go to www.leonards.com/scheduling and then click on the find your access code feature to use your student number and last name to search for your access code. We will also send a postcard with your access code to the mailing address on file with your school.

The sitting/session fee does not include prints or downloads. Portions of the sitting fee benefit your school for fundraising and yearbook publication fees.
To reschedule your appointment, go to www.leonards.com/scheduling. Log in using the same login you used to schedule your original appointment. Once logged in, you will see your original date and time. Click the change date/time button. This will allow you to change your date and time without being charged again.
It takes about 3-4 weeks for your proofs to be processed and added to our website. You should receive an email to the email address provided at the time of booking, or you can check with your access code online to see if they are available at any time.
It takes about 15-20 minutes per scene, not including any outfit changes.
You can choose your yearbook pose on our website once your proofs are available to view. You can choose this pose up until your school's set deadline. After that, we will choose a pose for you. We recommend you choose your yearbook pose as soon as possible after your proofs are available, which is typically 3-4 weeks after your session. *Note - Photos must be taken no later than 5 weeks prior to your school's publishing deadline in order to make your pose selection. If photos are taken after this time, your pose will be chosen for you. These cutoff dates appear underneath the calendar when making your appointment.
We have a couple of options for the formal photos.
Unfortunately, props are not provided at the studio. Occasionally, previous seniors leave behind props from their sessions which you are free to use, but we recommend bringing anything you want to include to showcase your personality.
Bring a different outfit for each scene. Feel free to showcase a wide variety of dressy and casual looks. Don't forget to bring any props, including musical instruments, sports equipment, and uniforms. We encourage you to bring anything that highlights your interests. This photo session is all about you!
If it rains when you are scheduled to have your outdoor photos taken, you can either choose another indoor scene or reschedule online for a later time.
We provide standard retouching, which includes minor acne and blemish removal at no additional charge automatically to your yearbook pose. Celebrity retouching, which includes removing blemishes, facial lines, dark under-eye circles, stray hairs, removal of braces, tan lines, and other special requests, is available for purchase when choosing your yearbook pose or ordering prints. To request specific retouching notes, please contact a customer service representative for assistance. *Special retouching requests must be made prior to your school's publishing deadline to be applied to your yearbook pose.
There may be limited opportunities to have your senior formal taken for personal use in our studios, provided there is studio availability. Please note our studios are not open year-round.
The package options are typically available through graduation, then available with a smaller, a la carte menu for a limited time. Please note package pricing, contents, and photo availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
Retouching is not available on the download of all. The download of all options includes a link to all images taken during your session, as well as the copyright release, permitting you to use any photo printer of your choice. The images will be adequate for most print sizes, but we cannot guarantee quality produced by other printing companies.
The individual download is a high-resolution image that can be printed, the download of all will be lower resolution, UN-retouched images that are great for sharing digitally and on social media.
